In celebration of National Poetry Month, Tacoma poets will enhance their words with visual imagery, theater, dance, lighting and music as part of Poetry in the 253 - Mouths & Mics. It's a long shot, but we'd like to see poetry synched to a film of mutant robot demons dressed like savage clowns in drag driving totally bitchin' tricked-out M3 BMWs, which would then suddenly explode. While that seems unlikely, the 2010 Urban Grace Soul of the City Tacoma Poet Laureate will be crowned.
