Sunday, Nov. 21: Janet Sung

Rialto Theater

By Volcano Staff on November 17, 2010

Violinist Janet Sung - doing what we presume she does best - is a sight to see and behold. Of course, Sung could be an expert hand-jiver and we wouldn't know, but we do know her violin skills are something to celebrate - and you'll have a chance to do just that on Sunday when Sung joins the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra and conductor Harvey Felder for an afternoon full of Ravel, Mendelssohn and Beethoven. It'll blow the hand jive out of the water ... unless Sung really is an expert at that too.

[Rialto Theater, 2:30 p.m., $24-$62, 901 Broadway, Tacoma, 253.591.5890]
