Sprinker Recreation Center will give kids of all ages the chance to "Touch a Truck" Saturday - for FREE. Now, we all know how much kids love trucks and touching stuff - so this one should be a winner. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. kids in attendance will have an opportunity to climb on fire engines, hop in dump trucks, and get behind the wheel of bucket trucks, tractors, military vehicles and more. This year, LeMay trash collecting vehicles have been added to the Touch-A-Truck mix, and a mobile paper-shredding unit will also be available to behold ... and, well, to shred your unwanted personal documents. Probably better not let the kids touch that one.
