Saturday, Feb. 25: "Celebrating America's Musical Diversity"

Pantages Theater

The Tacoma Concert Band doesn't fuck around. They win awards, tour Europe, kick ass and take names - not necessarily in that order. Music Director Robert Musser and his 60 strong Tacoma Concert Band members are known for unleashing memorable performances on Grit City, and there's a descent chance Saturday's Celebrating America's Musical Diversity, billed as "A truly varied selection of music that reflects and celebrates the wonderful ethnic diversity of America and the Northwest," will deliver yet another.

We don't see any way Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the U.S.A." isn't incorporated into this production.
