in short - The Warner House Cat is the only Tacoma band where every member is not afraid to lay down a sick solo.
The long (official) version:
Once upon a time in Tacoma, four college kids lived together in a house with cheap rent. The space heaters often got left on, which was definitely a fire hazard, and the basement probably had a few bodies buried in it somewhere, which was just plain creepy. Despite these setbacks, the four continued to play music together, determined to play to their best ability and to fight back against the cruel Tacoma winter with more space heaters.
Since then, the Warner House Cat has done its best to give you the coolest sounds possible. Each musician brings to the table a unique skillset. Coby explores unconventional drum beats and guitar licks and provides the human voice for the band. Ian crafts intricate and fast-paced lines on the five-string baritone electric mandolin. Kevin's lifelong dedication to music comes through in his bass virtuosity, jazzy trombone playing, and dank harmonies. Bria rocks hard on the gee-tar and the drums. The product is a balance of composition, improvisation, and song crafting that nods to the tried-and-true musical forms while embracing the new.

Great improvisational rock band that is relevant today but draws from the great history of the album oriented rock from the likes of Yes, etc. Funky grooves and straight up smoking guitar sound.
