Tacoma Symphony Orchestra main man Harvey Felder recently announced he'll be stepping down as musical director ... at the end of the 2013-2014 season. That gives us three good years to soak Felder up before he's gone. Saturday, TSO offers up its 2010-2011 season finale, featuring pianist Aviram Reichert and a Russian theme, including works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff and Rimsky-Korsakov.
