As part of both the University of Washington's Grad School 2011-2012 public lecture series, and the Tacoma-based Paulsen Lecture Series, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour M. Hersh will visit UW Tacoma Tuesday. Hersh, who writes about the military and national security, is best known for his work exposing the My Lai massacre during the Vietnam War. Writing predominantly for the New Yorker, Hersh has also spilled plenty of ink over the Iraq War and the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. If you go Tuesday, ask him what he thinks of Barry McCaffrey's scheduled appearance as part of the Graduate School at UW lecture series next month at UW's Seattle campus.
